Vegan Restaurant in Berlin

On a recent trip to Berlin I found a gem of a vegan restaurant La Mano Verde. It is an exquisite dining experience in the heart of Berlin.

The superb atmosphere matched the delicious nutritious food. The owners Jean-Christian Jury and his partner Christiane are also passionate about passing on the benefits of healthy eating and run seminars with renowned speakers like David Wolf author of Superfoods and Piter Caizer (The Wheatgrass Messiah) Their skill, knowledge and passion is evident in their raw vegan food.

Wellness Programme in Oct

The 3-day Wellness Programme that we ran in July was such a great success we have decided to run another one on 13th,14th and 15th Oct.

The setting for this Wellness Programme is the beautiful Grove Health Spa nestled amid 100 acres of rolling countryside in the small village of Shanballymore, Mallow Co Cork.
